Information about EzyRoller products

Child safety is our top priority. That’s why we ask all children and their parents to carefully read and follow our safety instructions. Parental supervision is always required when children ride their EzyRoller to ensure all safety rules are observed. Always wear a helmet and appropriate protective gear when using your EzyRoller.
Adult assistance is required during assembly: the packaging contains small parts that pose a choking hazard for children under 3 years of age.
Ensure all parts and packaging are kept out of reach of children. Keep fingers and body parts away when folding, unfolding, or adjusting the size. Also, make sure fingers, hands, hair, and clothing do not come into contact with the wheels while using the EzyRoller.

Never use your EzyRoller near cars, traffic, pools, or in areas with limited visibility. Slopes, stairs, hills, and swimming pools are off-limits.
The EzyRoller is designed for use on flat, clean, dry surfaces where the movement mechanism works optimally. The brake is not intended to stop the EzyRoller at high speed. Doing so may cause excessive wheel wear that would require replacement and could compromise the EzyRoller’s stability.
Here you’ll find a list of frequently asked questions. If you don’t find the answer to your question, you can always email us at info@ezyroller.de. Always remember: child safety comes first, and children should never use the EzyRoller unsupervised near vehicles.
Technical Information
What are our privacy policies?
We handle your data with care. You can find more details in our Privacy Policy.
How does it move?
Like other comparable fun vehicles, the EzyRoller is powered by a side-to-side “wiggle” motion. A simple left-right movement, performed with the feet on the footrest, propels the vehicle forward, mimicking the slithering of a snake. If you look at the tracks left by an EzyRoller, you’ll notice the resemblance to snake trails.
Which surfaces does it work on?
The EzyRoller works on most surfaces except grass, sand, gravel, or uneven terrain. Thanks to its highly durable polyurethane wheels, it can also be used on thick carpets.
Does it need a slope to move?
No. The EzyRoller is designed for flat surfaces. We do not recommend using it on sloped terrain, as it is not intended for that purpose. Riding downhill may also cause premature wheel wear due to frequent braking.
From what age can my child ride an EzyRoller?
Children can start riding the EzyRoller Mini as early as 2 to 3 years old. For all other models, please read the description carefully. Each model has been safety-tested up to 210 kg. For normal use, we recommend a maximum rider weight of 70 kg.
Where is the EzyRoller made?
Initially, the EzyRoller was assembled in a garage in New Zealand, but production soon moved to Asia. While manufacturing there is more cost-effective, the main reason was that no New Zealand manufacturer had the technical capacity to produce the EzyRoller. Workers at our partner factories may be young, but we ensure no child labor is involved and conduct monthly checks. No matter where it’s produced, you receive the quality you pay for—this is non-negotiable. The factory in China produces to ISO9001 standards and has over 20 years of experience in making comparable products. In China, we can achieve higher product quality than in New Zealand, where production costs are much higher and capabilities more limited, which would otherwise result in a lower-quality product.
Do you have game suggestions for the EzyRoller?
Children’s imagination has no limits. With the EzyRoller, kids can unleash their creativity, playing alone or with friends. Our game suggestions are divided into activities for one EzyRoller and games that require multiple EzyRollers.
Is there a warranty on the product?
Yes. All EzyRollers come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This does not cover wear parts such as wheels or grips, nor does it cover damage caused by a car. The EzyRoller is not suitable for sloped terrain. Premature wear caused by riding on uneven surfaces and excessive braking is not covered under the warranty.
Can I buy spare parts?
Yes. We offer all necessary spare parts for every EzyRoller in our shop. If you can’t find something, please contact us at info@ezyroller.de
Games With One EzyRoller
The simplest and still super exciting: EzySlalom
What you need: A large flat area (tennis court, sports ground), some plots (sports cones, balls...) for the course, a chronometer to time your mates.
What to do:
- Place the cones on the ground and set a start/finish line
- Place yourself behind the start line
- Slalom between the obstacles without touching them
- The winner is the one that is fastest at crossing the line without touching the obstacles. Depending on the difficulty of the course you can incur penalties for touching the obstacles. How to improve: Find the best trajectory first before focusing on speed. Variants: You can have a team against another one, trying to make a relay and see who is fastest. When you touch, you go around the obstacle. You can go around the block as fast as possible and time yourself!
Games With Multiple EzyRollers: EzyHockey game
What you need: a large flat area (tennis court, sports ground...), 2 teams of 3 kids at least. More if you have a big court, some goal posts, a ball.
What to do:
Make 2 even teams. Like at hockey or soccer, you can pass the ball directly. Score in the post. How to improve: Try to have a defense and attack team with more a specialized striker. Variants: If you have a small hockey set then use a smaller ball. You can throw the ball backwards. Use American football rules with a quarterback!
